      Inspired by summertime on the coast, bottled to make it last all year, Bimini is a modern gin with crisp, refreshing flavors and a clean, smooth finish. Fruity and floral juniper is assertive upfront, but a non-traditional distillation process minimizes the resinous pine notes on the finish. Combining this softer juniper flavor with bright citrus notes from grapefruit, hops, and coriander, Bimini Gin is formulated to be both distinct and approachable.
