Balcones Rumble has a golden syrup color, along with an aroma of sweet vanilla, maple sap, brown sugar and nutmeg. The aroma gives way to notes of caramel, molasses, milk chocolate and cinnamon on the palate, and leads to a warming finish with touches of oak, fig and earthy minerals. As a result of its unique ingredients, Balcones Rumble has flavors that are similar to Scotch whisky, cognac and rum.
