Our Bajarriba Reposado begins life in a barrel from our exquisite, first-rate Plata using pure, deep well water, mature hand-picked agaves at an average of eight years old, slow baked in “hornos” (adobe brick ovens), fermented in Stainless steel tanks, distilled in Copper / Stainless steel hybrid pots. Our Reposado expression is rested / aged four to five months in used American White Oak Whiskey Barrels. In order to have a Great Reposado, it has to start with a Great Plata.
