      1 oz. 291 Barrel Proof Single Barrel Colorado Rye Whiskey
      1 oz. Averna Amaro
      2 dashes Black Walnut Bitters
      2 dashes Orange Bitters
      Steps
      1 In a mixing glass, stir all ingredients with ice, strain into chilled coupe. Serve up.
      2 Express lemon peel, discard. Garnish cherry.
