With the help of deep charred American white oak barrels and toasted aspen staves to finish, our whiskey is given a distinct Colorado flavor reminiscent of a time long passed.

      3 dashes Peychauds bitters
      2 dashes Angostura bitters
      1 Sugar Cube
      Steps
      1 Chill rocks glass. Muddle bitters with sugar cube.
      2 Stir with rye. Rinse glass with absinthe.
      3 Strain. Express lemon peel and use as garnish.
