A modern twist on the classic Cosmo cocktail.
The Metropolitan elevates the classic Cosmo cocktail for modern palates. Rather than a neutral, flavorless grain or potato vodka, we use Barr Hill Vodka. Its distilled entirely from raw honey giving it a beautiful creamy texture and lush wildflower aromatics that are able to stand out and add depth to your favorite cocktails. A touch of thyme syrup layers in a nice herbaceous element to the cocktail that leaves it perfect for the holiday season.

Ingredients
- 2 oz. Barr Hill Vodka
- ½ oz. Cointreau
- ½ oz. Cranberry Juice
- ½ oz. Thyme Syrup
- ¾ oz. Lime Juice
- 1 Sprig of Thyme

- Jigger
- Shaker
- Shaker
- Coupe Glass
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
- Shake all ingredients with ice.
- Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a sprig of fresh thyme.
