Ingredients: 2 parts Olmeca Altos Plata; ½ part Agave Syrup; ½ part Lemon or Lime Juice; Grapefruit Soda; Lime Wheel, Pink Grapefruit, Salt (Garnish)

The Altos Sparkling Paloma brings together the bitter citrus flavor of grapefruit with lime and a spicy and salty rim to give a true explosion of flavors, also made with Altos’ signature Olmeca Altos Plata.

Instructions

Pour ingredients in highball glass.
Stir to dissolve syrup.
Add ice and top with grapefruit soda.
Optional: Frost your glass rim with salt. Pour some salt in a shallow bowl or small plate. Run a lime wedge around the edge of the glass. Gently dip the outside of the rim in the salt to coat. Shake off the excess.
