A variation of the Negroni that takes you south of the border.

Ingredients
- 1 Part Montelobos Espadín
- 1 Part Cinzano 1757 Vermouth di Torino Rosso
- 1 Part Campari
- 1 Orange Slice (Garnish)
Tools of the Trade
- Jigger
- Mixing Glass
- Bar Spoon
- Strainer
- Rocks Glass
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in a mixing glass with ice.
- Stir vigorously, strain, and serve on the rocks.
- Garnish with an orange slice.
- For a spicy kick, substitute the Vermouth with 1 part Ancho Reyes Original.
