Cincoro Tequila Reposado was designed to let the the flavors from the wood aging shine through. It has the signature peppercorn one would expect in a Reposado but is balanced with flavors of dark caramel and milk chocolate. Many mistake our Reposado for an Añejo due to the wood note domination. It has a more aromatic flavor and a far better structure than other luxury Reposados – truly a unique offering.

Ingredients

2 oz. Cincoro Tequila Reposado
½ oz. Fresh Grapefruit Juice
½ oz. Fresh Lime Juice
½ oz. 1:1 Cinnamon Syrup*
1 dash Angostura Bitters
1 ½ oz. Grapefruit Flavored Seltzer Lime
1 Lime (Garnish)

Recipe

  1. Combine all ingredients (except grapefruit soda and sugar) in a shaker, add ice, and shake briefly but vigorously.
  2. Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice and grapefruit seltzer.
  3. Garnish with scored lime wedge.
  4. HOW TO MAKE CINNAMON SYRUP: Combine 1 cup white sugar and 1 cup water and whisk/stir until fully dissolved. Add two cinnamon sticks and blend on high until cinnamon is broken up thoroughly. Fine strain cinnamon out. Label, date, and keep in refrigerator.
