An Old fashioned does not need to be limited to just whiskey. Try Zacapa's Old Fashioned to taste the twist of rum in a classic cocktail.

Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz. Zacapa Centenerio 23 Rum
- ½ oz. Simple Syrup
- 2 dashes Aromatic Bitters
- 2 dashes Orange Bitters
- 1 Orange Twist (Garnish)
Tools of the Trade
- Jigger
- Mixing Glass
- Bar Spoon
- Strainer
- Paring Knife
- Rocks Glass
Instructions
- Mix simple syrup and bitters in a glass.
- Add ice and Zacapa 23 Rum and stir.
- Strain into a rocks glass over ice.
- Garnish with an orange twist.
