Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz. Mount Gay Eclipse
- 1 oz. Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
- ½ oz. Simple Syrup
- 1 Lime (Garnish)
Tools of the Trade
- Jigger
- Shaker
- Strainer
- Paring Knife
- Coupe Glass
Instructions
- Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice cubes.
- Shake well.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a lime wheel.
