¾ oz. Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
¾ oz. Banana Purée*

Recipe

  1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add ice and shake vigorously for 20 seconds.
  3. Strain into a cocktail coupe glass or rocks glass with fresh ice.
  4. Garnish with a lime wedge or a banana chip for an elevated look.
  5. *To make banana purée: Blend 1 overly ripe banana with 2 cups of sugar and 2 cups of water in a blender for about 10 minutes, on high. Refrigerate overnight to let the flavors intensify, then skim the solids and strain.
