Ingredients
- 2 oz. BACARDÍ Reserva Ocho
- 2 ½ oz. Martini & Rossi® Prosecco
- 1 oz. Simple Syrup
- 1 oz. Lime Juice
- 2 dashes Bitters
- 4 Mint Leaves
Tools of the Trade
- Jigger
- Shaker
- Strainer
- Coupe Glass
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients (except prosecco) in a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake vigorously.
- Double strain, and add prosecco.
- Garnish with a mint leaf float.
