Trader Joe famously included the recipe in his book "Trader Vic's Book of Food & Drink" after a stay at the Queen's Park Hotel, calling it “the most delightful form of anesthesia given out today.".
Raymond Edwards, Chief Brand Educator for the House of Angostura, has brought the iconic drink back into the forefront. A decorated mixologist, winning multiple awards and competitions across the Caribbean, Raymond wanted to bring back the authentically Trinidadian drink.
