Instructions

In a cocktail shaker, muddle the watermelon chunks.
Add Conniption American Dry Gin, lime juice, simple syrup, and Dolin Blanc Vermouth.
Add ice to the shaker and shake until combined and chilled.
Strain into a rocks glass with ice and garnish with a piece of watermelon and mint.
