Ingredients

  • 45ml No.3 London Dry Gin
  • 15ml Dry Vermouth
  • 20ml Lemon Juice
  • 15ml Sugar Syrup
  • 25ml Egg White
  • 4 Fresh Raspberries
  • Ice

  • Cocktail Shaker
  • Strainer
  • Coupette Glass

Instructions

  • Begin by adding 45ml No.3 Gin, 15ml Dry Vermouth, 20ml lemon juice and 15ml of sugar syrup to a cocktail shaker.
  • Next, add 4 fresh strawberries then the 25ml egg white to give the cocktail a silky texture.
  • Shake all ingredients without ice for 10 seconds. Next add your ice and shake again. Strain into a chilled coupette glass.
  • Garnish with fresh raspberries.
