Juniper and wildflowers envelop the nose, while the taste is dry, yet vibrant - clean and nuanced by emerald grasses, golden citrus, and white pepper with a round, floral body.

The organic botanicals are milled on-site at KOVAL’s Chicago distillery before being both macerated and distilled with the gin for maximum flavor in every sip.Combine ingredients together with ice and shake until deliciously chilled. Once united, the flavors are light but very vivid. This one goes down way too easy, so we recommend having enough of everything on hand for an almost-essential second round.
