Ingredients
- 1 oz. Junipero Gin
- 1 oz. Luxardo Bitter Bianco
- 1 oz. Dry Vermouth
- 1 Grapefruit Twist (Garnish)
Tools of the Trade
- Jigger
- Mixing Glass
- Bar Spoon
- Strainer
- Citrus Peeler
- Rocks Glass
Instructions
- Fill a mixing glass with ice.
- Add all ingredients except garnish to mixing glass and lightly stir.
- Strain into a chilled old-fashioned glass and garnish with a grapefruit twist.
