Ingredients
- 2 oz. Ambrosia Gin Day Edition
- 1 oz. Lemon Juice
- 1 oz. Simple Syrup
- ½ oz. Egg White
- 1 oz. Club Soda
Tools of the Trade
- Jigger
- Shaker
- Strainer
- Collins Glass
Instructions
- Add the gin, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white to a shaker and vigorously dry-shake (without ice) for about 15 seconds.
- Add 3-4 ice cubes and shake vigorously until well-chilled.
- Double-strain into a chilled Collins glass and top with club soda.
