Soul of a Poet
Yaupon grows wild in Texas, similar to Yerba Mate, and is increasing in popularity. The Marfa blend pays tribute to the artists and poets that have redefined the once-sleepy desert town.
TO INFUSE TRUTHTELLER WITH YAUPON: Add 1 tea bag to 1/2 cup Truthteller 1839 in a glass jar and seal. Shake and let sit at room temperature for a minimum of 5 minutes and up to 30 minutes. Remove the tea bag and serve or seal and use it within 14 days.

Instructions
- Add all ingredients (except the Topo Chico) into a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously over ice.
- Strain into highball and top with ice and Topo Chico.
- Garnish with mint.
