- Fill rocks glass halfway with ice cubes.
- Sprinkle pinch of sea salt over the ice.
- Add small squeeze of lime and orange.
- Add Portmagee Irish Whiskey.
- Top with Ginger Ale.
- Garnish with thin wedges of lime and orange.
