Bourbon, strawberries and iced tea come together to make this mellow summer sipper.

Ingredients
- 2 oz. Clyde May’s Straight Bourbon Whiskey
- 1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
- 3-4 oz. Rich Simple Syrup
- 2 Large Fresh Strawberries
- 1 Mint Sprig, Blueberries, & Strawberries (Garnish)
Tools of the Trade
- Jigger
- Mixing Glass
- Citrus Squeezer
- Muddler
- Shaker
- Strainer
- Collins Glass
Instructions
- Add the strawberries and lemon juice into a mixing glass and gently muddle.
- Add the syrup and bourbon, fill the glass with ice, and shake until well-chilled.
- Strain into a Collins Glass over fresh ice.
- Top with unsweetened iced tea.
- Garnish with a mint sprig and skewered blueberries and strawberries.
