- ¼ oz. Rich Demerara Syrup
- 6-8 Mint Leaves (Garnish)

Instructions
- Add Texas Pot Still Bourbon, rich Demerara syrup, and mint to a rocks glass.
- Add crushed ice and stir until the cup is frosty.
- Top with more ice and garnish with a mint bouquet.
