Sweet black cherries, Lillet Blanc, and fresh grapefruit juice make a bright, fruity showcase for Uncle Nearest 1884 Small Batch Whiskey that is lengthened and strengthened by AVEC Hibiscus and Pomegranate. When ingredients enhance a base spirit versus covering it up, it is a beautiful thing. Fresh grapefruit peel completes the drink, making this a light and refreshing sensory experience.

Instructions
- Remove pits and muddle 4-6 fresh black cherries in the bottom of a mixing glass.
- Add Lillet Blanc, grapefruit juice, lemon juice, and ice and roll to combine.
- Strain (or double strain if you don't want any fruit chunks) over new ice in a Collins glass.
- Top with AVEC Hibiscus & Pomegranate. Garnish with fresh grapefruit peel.
