Don Fulano is one of very few 100% Estate-grown, family-owned tequilas produced from ground to bottle - made by fifth-generation agave farmers using only handpicked mature agave plants, proprietary yeast and volcanic spring water, without additives. A true representation of authentic artisan tequila.
Don Fulano Blanco is a bright and colorful expression of highland agave. It’s fresh on the nose and yet profound with beautiful elegance. There is harmony between a wide spectrum of aromas that only mature hillside agave offers; a myriad of delicate fruit notes is balanced by a light herbaceousness and a butterscotch oiliness. Reminiscent of damp red soil it opens the senses and awakens the appetite, it almost makes you want to chew it. A great aperitif or quintessence of a great cocktail.

Dried harvest and tropical fruit like spicy, grilled pineapple and rich, mature highland agave.
Minerality carries through all the way with notes of white pepper.
Damp red soil and grilled pepper add warmth and a certain earthiness.
There's an underlying butterscotch note and almost oily texture.

0.5 oz. | Dry Curaçao (e.g. Pierre Ferrand) |
0.75 oz. | Fresh Lemon Juice |
0.25 oz. | Agave Nectar |
Splash | Top Chico or Other Soda Water |
1 | Combine all ingredients, except for the soda in a shaker and shake with ice until chilled. |
2 | Strain into a coupe and top with a splash of soda water. |
3 | Garnish optional (try fresh mint or fruit!) |
